ORDINANCE NO. 241, PASSED ON MAY 10, 1954:

That part of the certain public alley hereinafter described be and the same is hereby vacated, to-wit:
That part of the public alley originally platted in Block Three (3), North Side Addition to the Town of Eaton, Colorado, which now lies within the bounds of Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), Arrowhead Addition to the Town of Eaton, Colorado, and north of the public alley as now platted in Block One (1), Arrowhead Addition to the Town of Eaton, Colorado.


ORDINANCE NO. 291, PASSED ON MAY 12, 1969:


That part of the certain public alley hereinafter described be and the same is hereby vacated, to-wit:
The 20 foot dedicated alley in Block 6, Westside Addition to the Town of Eaton, Weld County, Colorado lying between the North Right-of-Way line of Fifth Street and the South Right-of-Way line of the Denver and Great Western Railroad in the Town of Eaton, Weld County, Colorado.


ORDINANCE NO. 317, PASSED ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1973:


All that part of Fifth Street as platted in the Northwest Subdivision to the Town of Eaton as recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder in Book 14, Page 97, Records of Weld County, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of said Fifth Street bounded by the Northerly prolongations of the East and West lines of Lot One (1), Block Three (3) of said Northwest Subdivision and by a line lying Fifteen (15) feet North and parallel with the North line of said Lot One (1).  The above described Parcel contains 1655 square feet more or less.


ORDINANCE NO. 346, PASSED ON AUGUST 14, 1978:


That the portion of the hereinafter described public street be and the same is hereby vacated, to-wit:
The north sixteen feet (16') of Fifth Street between Cheyenne Avenue and Park Avenue in the Town of Eaton, Weld County, Colorado, as originally dedicated.

That part of Elm Street hereinafter described by and the same is hereby vacated, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Block 1, North Side Addition to the Town of Eaton (Intersection of the North line of Fifth Street and the West line of Elm Street); Thence North 00º00'00" East along the West line of Elm Street, 200.00 feet to the Northeast Corner of Lot 10, Block 1, North Side Addition;
Thence North 90º00'00" East, 57.90 feet;
Thence South 15º56'03" East, 62.39 feet;
Thence South 00º00'00" West, 140.00 feet along the East line of Elm Street;
Thence South 90º00'00" West, 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.


RESOLUTION OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, PASSED ON JULY 23, 1979:


WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has received a petition concerning the vacation of a portion of Elm Street in Eaton, Colorado more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Block 1, North Side Addition to the Town of Eaton (Intersection of the North line of Fifth Street and the West line of Elm Street);
Thence North 00º00'00" East along the West line of Elm Street, 200.00 feet to the Northeast Corner of Lot 10, Block 1, North Side Addition;
Thence North 90º00'00" East, 57.90 feet;
Thence South 15º56'03" East, 62.39 feet;
Thence South 00º00'00" West, 140.00 feet along the East line of Elm Street;
Thence South 90º00'00" West, 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard the testimony presented concerning said vacation and after considering the same, finds that the vacation of a portion of Elm Street in Eaton, Colorado, as more fully set forth above, should be approved.


ORDINANCE NO. 400, PASSED ON JANUARY 11, 1988:


The subdivision plat of Northwest Subdivision Third Filing an addition to the Town of Eaton, Weld County, Colorado, shall be amended at Lot 16, Block 2, to vacate a portion of the utility easement located along the northwest property line of Lot 16, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A: and in specific, such utility easement shall be reduced from a width of ten feet to a width of 5.0 feet.
