Chapter X, Section X - Repeal of Inconsistent Ordinances

Sec. 10-10-1.    Repeal of inconsistent ordinances.

Ordinance Numbers 10, 11, 17, 30, 111, 134, 138 and 145 are hereby repealed.  This repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this Ordinance.  (Ord. 380 1984)
