Sec. 14-3-1.    Permit required.

No person shall install or construct any sidewalk, curb, gutter or storm sewer without first obtaining a permit from the Town Board.  (Ord. 281 §1, 1965)


Sec. 14-3-2.    Permit issued by Town Board.

Permits for the installation or construction of any sidewalk, curb, gutter or storm sewer shall be issued in the sole discretion of the Town Board.  No such permit shall be issued except upon the condition that such installation or construction be made in accordance with the Town's master plan.  If such installation or construction cannot be made in accordance with the Town's master plan, then the Town Board may in its discretion refuse to issue a permit; such permits shall be issued further only upon the condition that the surveying and staking out of the location and grade of such installation or construction shall be done by a licensed engineer or other person designated by the Town Board.  (Ord. 281 §2, 1965)


Sec. 14-3-3.    Fee.

The cost of such permit shall be one dollar ($1.00) plus the cost and expenses incurred by the Town for surveying and staking out the proposed installation or construction.  (Ord. 281 §3, 1965)


Sec. 14-3-4.    Penalty for violation.

Any person who violates the provisions of this Chapter XIV, Section III, shall be fined not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day that said violation continues.  (Ord. 281 §4, 1965)
