Amber Greene

Amber Greene is honored to serve the Eaton community as the Library Director since July 2022. She graduated from UNC in 2012 and spent the next 10 years working in public libraries in Northern Colorado. She has a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State and has specialized in the areas of youth literacy, technology services and library leadership. Amber enjoys reading, cooking, paddleboarding, and hiking with her rescue dogs. It has been her dream to work at a small-town library, very much like the one that changed her life as a child, and she looks forward to honoring Eaton library’s historic past while growing it into the future.
