The Eaton Housing Authority is a HUD-subsidized section 8 housing development for seniors that consists of single-bedroom apartments. Due to high demand, there is a waitlist for these apartments.
In April of 2022, the Eaton Housing Authority entered a contract with Senior Housing Options to provide management services to Benjamin Square Apartments I/II. For more information, please see the link below.
