The Town of Eaton contracts with Baseline Engineering Corporation for the Town's Planning Department services. They will process and review cases relating to annexations, variances, zoning, site plan reviews, development reviews, and more.

Applicants will need to initially fill out a Pre-Application form (step 1) and then after the initial review, Staff will provide a Land Development Application (step 2) with an itemized submittal checklist for your project. Fees and Deposits will be determined on a case by case basis based on the expected review effort.
