First time in the Makerspace?

  • Schedule an introduction to any machine you wish to learn
  • On your first reservation you will complete a certification quiz, and receive a Makerspace Use Agreement and the Risk and Release agreement.
  • Your certification quiz is good for one year and will be logged to your library card account.
  • After you complete the quiz and two forms the creating will begin!

Glowforge Pro

The Glowforge laser cutter in the Makerspace is an incredible tool to make amazing wood engraved art! We offer many different materials to use in our Glowforge which include many different types of wood, acrylic, and leather. Library patrons are allowed one full size sheet of material per week for free. Any outside materials must be approved by staff before use.

We have a Cricut Maker 3 for all your design needs in the Makerspace. This machine is great for custom cards, stickers, and many more amazing design projects. We currently offer all of our materials for free which include all kinds of card stock and vinyl. Stop by today and start creating!

Ultimaker s3 3d printer

Ultimaker S3

Amazing 3d printing technology is just a step away in the Eaton Public Library Makerspace! Our Ultimaker S3 3d printer is incredibly user friendly. You can be printing in literally minutes with this amazing machine. Currently we do not charge for 3d printing and we have many different colors of PLA available. The max allowable print time is eight hours and will be printed as soon as it is available. All prints are first come first serve and are printed usually the following day.

IMAC computer

iMac for photo/video editing

Our iMac computer is the perfect machine to enhance those cherished memories. It comes fully equipped with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite and many other photo/video editing applications. If you are a photographer and need to perfect your amazing pictures this is the station for you!
